After three days I say hello when is the manager going to call me back? They say well your refund was processed there's nothing we can do. Ask to speak to manager they say it will take three days for them to call me back. Spoke to minimum ten customer service agents. I call the credit card they transfer me to expedia, who transfers me to credit card, who transfers me to expedia. Next day I see they charged me instead of refunding. A month later still no refund I call them they say the refund is done. They said it would take two to three weeks. My flight got canceled so I asked for a refund.
